Granola: 4 Ways To Use It

You just found an awesome recipe online and made the awesome-st Granola at home. Well, now what? Here's a tried and tested recipe I love btw.  I, personally use it as a snack to kill  shoo away my late night cravings. But, it's still a lot of Granola left over. So, what do you do? Here are four ways to use your Granola goodness.




GRANOLA, BERRIES, YOGURT PARFAIT


  • Add 2 tbsp of creamy yogurt
  • Scoop 2 tbsp of Granola
  • Add berries (I have added blackberries and strawberries) 
  • Add 2 tbsp of yogurt
  • Drizzle some honey in between 
  • And repeat
It's a perfect, quick weekday breakfast.

TRAIL MIX 

Toss granola with chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, coconut flakes for a carry-on snack in your handbag.


PANCAKE

Stir in some granola to your pancake mix. 


SMOOTHIE BOWLS




  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup  Almondmilk 

Blend until smooth. Make sure it is thick & creamy.

Top it with:
  • 1/2 sliced fresh banana
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup homemade granola
  • sliced strawberries
Drizze some honey.
