GRANOLA, BERRIES, YOGURT PARFAIT
- Add 2 tbsp of creamy yogurt
- Scoop 2 tbsp of Granola
- Add berries (I have added blackberries and strawberries)
- Add 2 tbsp of yogurt
- Drizzle some honey in between
- And repeat
It's a perfect, quick weekday breakfast.
Toss granola with chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, coconut flakes for a carry-on snack in your handbag.
Stir in some granola to your pancake mix.
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup Almondmilk
Blend until smooth. Make sure it is thick & creamy.
- 1/2 sliced fresh banana
- 1 tablespoon Matcha
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup homemade granola
- sliced strawberries
